WORKFORCE VERIFICATION STUDIES

For Your Company's Location Analysis

When considering a new location for any business operation, your company's human resources people recognize that hiring will be mostly from the local pool of workers who are already working but desire to change jobs rather than unemployed workers.  Those individuals make up the "underemployed" pool of candidates for staffing your new operation.

Data on that local workforce for the locations listed below is offered free of charge to CoreNet Global members or other companies contemplating a new location. It differs from published government data in that it includes only the workers in the listed locations who would consider a new job. This workforce data, critical to your location analysis process, includes:

§       The number of currently underemployed workers in each location which would be potentially available for your company's new operation

§       The number available segregated by the pay rate they would require to leave their existing job for the jobs your company would offer

§       The skills, experience, education and commuting patterns of those candidate employees

§       The opinions of existing local employers in each location listed relative to productivity, reliability and the quality of members of that workforce

Those workforce reports are available at no charge for more than 600 communities, counties, or regions located in the following states.  For a list of specific locations within each state, click on the state name.  To request workforce data on any location listed, please contact The Pathfinders.
